Aesop provides us with reports such as the employee's work history, the call logs, their log-in times, so that we compare all of those items and see where the employee has accepted or rejected jobs or declined jobs for a period of time, or blocked out dates when they're not available.
"When we receive a claim, we provide Aesop reports to either Unemployment or to the company that represents us. They, in turn, have apparently been able to use this information so that at this point we have not had to go to court to fight any claims."
